Rules of Order
Tarion's meeting will include a formal presentation portion, followed by a question and answer period. We are looking forward to answering questions from all our stakeholders, and ask that participants respect the order and general rules of this meeting. These include:
Attendees at the Tarion Annual Public Meeting (APM) will not be permitted to make their own audio or visual recordings. Tarion will make an audio recording of the proceedings in order to generate an accurate summary of the APM. There will be no attribution to individuals, and no full transcript or recording will be made public. A summary of the Annual Public Meeting will be posted on Tarion.com
If a person speaking at this meeting feels a need to challenge the accuracy of their portion of the summary, we are willing to have that portion of the audio recording transcribed and provided to them.
All questions should be held until the formal Q & A period which occurs after all formal presentation have been made.
Taking a balanced approach, questions will be selected from one of three sources – questions submitted in advance, questions from web participants and from the attendees.
Only one question at a time should be put forth to ensure that all attendees have an opportunity to participate.
Questions should be brief and to the point so that as many questions as possible can be asked in the allotted time. Please remember: This is not a forum for addressing file specific questions or comments.
The Q & A period is scheduled to be one hour in duration.
Questions not asked or any additional questions can be submitted to events@tarion.com

Note: Individual audio and video recordings of the Annual Public Meeting are not permitted in order to allow for an open exchange of ideas and to protect the privacy of the attendees.
